Return Policy

We want you to be completely at peace when you buy any product from Adda3.com. We allow you to return all kinds of items within a time frame of 15 days from the day of receipt. You’ll get a full refund for the purchased item. This comprises of the items bought on sale. This refund amount shall be credited into your (My Account) account as ‘Adda3 Credit’ or into your payment source method used at the time of placing the order.

·         All items that you wish to return must be in the original condition and should be unused with all the original tags as well as the packaging intact.

·         Be careful about packing the items safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss during transit. For all the self-shipped product returns, we would recommend you to use a courier service that is reliable.

 1. How do I go about returning the product to Adda3?

A return request can be placed either through My Account or customer care, by sending an email at info@adda3.com  or sending text message on whatsup number given on adda3.com, within a time frame of 15 days after you have received your product. If you encounter any problem in creating a return request, do contact Adda3 customer support.

2. Can I also return products that I’m not completely satisfied with?

To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for you with Adda3, we have provided you with the option of returning products as conveniently as possible and that too, in a transparent manner. Your return is eligible only if it’s in a re-saleable and an unused condition.

3. What all is it possible to return?

You may return the ordered products within a time frame of 15 days upon delivery. Returned products should be unwashed and unused, and also, having all the original tags and packaging that the product/s was shipped with.

 5. How long does it take for the whole returns process?

It could take 7 to 10 days (approximately) for Adda3 to receive the product you returned, depending on the location you live in and also courier service that you use. On reception, we shall process and inspect it within the next 48 hours to make sure that you get your refund quickly.

6. How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by Adda3 as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

Adda Credit – 24 hours

Online Refund – 3 to 4 working days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

COD Refund – 3 to 4  working days after receiving bank account details from customer.

Please note, Adda3 initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Adda3 warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Adda3 may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

7. Will you charge me for returning the products?

Adda3 will arrange reverse pickup from customer delivery address and return cost will be borne by Adda3.

8. How will you refund me for my return?

After successful processing, entire refund amount, that is, price of the item will be allocated to you in your Adda3 Credits for making subsequent purchases on www.adda3.com  or into your payment source method used while placing the order.

9. Warranty Period at Adda3 ?

Adda3 is a leading fashion accessories company in India.

All Adda3 products are manufactured with utmost care and stringent quality control is maintained. However, despite this high quality assurance there can be a defective pcs among the million we manufacture and sell. In such cases we stand by our quality policy and cover all such products by our uniform warranty.

 I got a damaged item!

This is a rare instance. In case this does happen, you are free to return us your product and we shall refund your amount into your bank account or Adda3 credit post product quality verification. You may send us product’s images at info@adda3.com and we’ll get back to you for reverse pickup.
